Coaching

Our elite coaching staff is second to none. We are coaches, not fitness instructors. Our job is to constantly watch your movement quality and passionately guide you to your goals. Just walk through the door and you will see the difference.

Community

Our community is very diverse. Whether you’re a parent, high school student, grandparent, a passionate fitness enthusiast, or just trying to lose a few pounds you will find someone in class just like you. As different as we all are, our commonality is our desire to be better than we were yesterday. This has created a very supportive and positive community.

Fun

If you think of fitness as a chore, you haven’t found the right gym. We are all about getting fit, but we believe that having fun is one of the most important parts of this. If you don’t have a good laugh at some point during class, you might need to see a doctor! If your fitness program is no longer fun, come try out one of our classes on us!

Results

Results are sometimes tough to measure, because everyone is looking for different results. When it comes to weight loss and muscle development, our programs are second to none. This is a common result people turn to a gym to find. Some of the other results our members are reporting are stress relief, improved mobility, pain reduction, mood enhancement, healthier relationships, and better work ethic at work. Regardless of what your goal may be, we will help you take the steps to get there.

CF60: 60 Minute CrossFit Class

The complete solution to attaining superior health!

The one hour fitness class that will change your life forever. This class has a proven track record of getting people all over the world into the best shape of their lives. The results speak for themselves on this class. Come try a class or sit back and watch one. The athletes in this class started out on the sidelines and are now climbing ropes, squatting a bar full of plates, running new 5k times etc. This class works for anyone who’s game to try it!

Getting Started

Step #1

Meet us. We would love to meet you. Choose either a free week of CrossFit or schedule a private walk-through of the gym.

What to bring to your first class

Bring a bottle of water, some comfortable clothes to work out in, and running shoes. Come in a few minutes early to meet the coach and get comfortable with the new surroundings.

What to expect

You will be working out, so expect to sweat a bit. You are coming in try out a workout. We will not push you beyond your current abilities. Our goal is for you to experience our great coaching and supportive community

Complete the sign-up process by leaving your payment information. Next we will schedule your on-boarding session. This is a 60-90 minute educational class that explains the CrossFit methodology and goes over the technical aspects of the movements, goals, nutrition, and any other questions you may have.

your first month in

Take your first month slowly. Leave your ego at the door; classes are not a competition and are not a place prove to anything. Get comfortable in the setting and ramp up the intensity as the weeks progress.
