The one hour fitness class that will change your life forever. This class has a proven track record of getting people all over the world into the best shape of their lives. The results speak for themselves on this class. Come try a class or sit back and watch one. The athletes in this class started out on the sidelines and are now climbing ropes, squatting a bar full of plates, running new 5k times etc. This class works for anyone who’s game to try it!

Meet us. We would love to meet you. Choose either a free week of CrossFit or schedule a private walk-through of the gym.
Bring a bottle of water, some comfortable clothes to work out in, and running shoes. Come in a few minutes early to meet the coach and get comfortable with the new surroundings.
Complete the sign-up process by leaving your payment information. Next we will schedule your on-boarding session. This is a 60-90 minute educational class that explains the CrossFit methodology and goes over the technical aspects of the movements, goals, nutrition, and any other questions you may have.
